In our 8 Nights and 9 Days, tour packages you can get to visit Cochin, Munnar, Thekkady, and Kumarakom.

Itinerary
Day 1
  • Begins with your arrival at the Cochin International Airport; our representatives will meet you and escort you to your place of accommodation in Kumarakom. Check in and overnight stay at the hotel/resort.
Day 2
  • On the next day, you will be exploring the delightful tourist attraction in Kumarakom. Kumarakom is famous for its serene backwater, beautiful beach, and its bird sanctuary. The Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary spreads over an area of 14 acres and has a wide variety of migratory and local bird species. Kumarakom also has many picturesque temples and museums like the Bay Island Driftwood Museum.Day 2 ends with an overnight stay at the hotel/resort.
Day 3
  • On day 3 as soon as you have breakfasted, you will check out and proceed to travel to Thekkady. After check in, the rest of the evening is free for leisure, overnight stay at the hotel/resort.
Day 4
  • You will spend the rest of next day touring around Thekkady. Thekkady has its own fair share of famous tourist destinations. Spend a memorable boating along the Periyar River, visiting the Periyar National Park, and the nearby spice plantations. The day ends with an overnight stay at the hotel/resort.
Day 5
  • Day 5 begins with a checkout from your place of accommodation. You will then travel to Munnar. Once when you reach Munnar, you will check into the hotel, the rest of the afternoon is leisure time, you could visit the nearby tourist destinations.
Day 6
  • Explore all the exquisite places of Munnar on day 6. Some of the places worth visiting is the Mattupetty Dam, the tea plantations, the TATA Tea Museum, the Echo Point and the Top Station. Each place is unique in its own way and is definitely a place every traveller must see. Day 6 ends with an overnight stay at the hotel/resort.
Day 7
  • On day 7 after breakfast, you will checkout from your hotel and depart to Cochin. Spend the evening shopping; Cochin has many ultra-modern stores and street markets that sell everything from dresses, books, women accessories to traditional handicrafts and decorative items. After an overnight stay at the hotel/resort.
Day 8
  • You will spend the rest of next day touring famous places like Fort Kochi, Marine Drive, and the different beaches in Cochin.
Day 9
  • On day 9, our driver will drive you back to the airport.

Kochi

This place is famous for its Asian Elephants, Tigers, Gaurs, Sambars, Lion tailed Macaques, Nilgiri Langurs, Wild Boars, Spotted Deers, Stripe necked Mongoose, and the Malabar Giant Squirrell. Some of the other nearby places you could visit here includes the Sabarimala Temple, Murikkady, Chellar Kovil, Anakkara, Mangala Devi Temple, Suruli falls, and the Pullumedu. The Cochin International Airport is the nearest airport and it is 156 kilometres away. 

Munnar

This ‘Swiss of South India’ was once a summer resort for the British governors. Munnar is one of the best summer getaways. It also boasts the highest peak in South India, the Anamudi. The Anamudi stands tall with over 2695 metres. It is also famous for its Neelakurinji flowers that blooms only once in every 12 years. Munnar is a favourite with college students. There are so many places you can see in Munnar, it include the Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, Top Station, Anamudi peak, Devikulam, Nyayamkad falls, and the Thoovanam Falls. The nearest airport is the Kochi International Airport and it is about a distance of 120 kilometres away.
